What can I do to improve a 95 buick century?

Im driving around a 95 v-6 buick century until I get out of school, and was wondering what I can do to make it faster and better millage. I've changed the filters, new PVC valve and stuff like that. Just wondered if anything to the engine or like a cold air intake would work on this.|||PUT DUEL EXHAUST ON IT.
