My friend's parents are working on an issue with their car and are having issues locating the flasher unit for their 1998 buick regal. Does anyone know where the flasher unit is located on this car?|||ITS A SQUARE RELAY UNDER THE DASH ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. THE PART NUMBER ON IT SHOULD BE 12450054
