Buick break noise when I first start it?

When I first start my 10 years old Buick ,when I take it out of my garage, when turn, it make big squeezes noise, but after it warm up, the noise is gone, what would it be the problem? I have change the break not too long, and my car just had 24,000 mile only.|||There is mismatch after u got the job done. Its in the process of bedding in. Take it up pl with the repairer he might be having bedding in brake pads or trim the liners to stop the squeal
