How do I boost my antenna strength on my 1999 Buick Century?

I must have one of those hidden antennas on my 1999 Buick Century. (I think someone told me it's located at the top of the rear windshield.) How do I boost its signal strength? Is there an after-market product that I can install? I keep losing radio stations in places where I don't lose them when I'm driving my wife's car. Thank you!|||try buying a new aerial, there so easy to install, I bought one for a chevvy i have at home
