Where is the starter relay located on a 1996 buick regal?

I have an intermittant starting issue on a Buick Regal. I checked for power at the starter solenoid when the key was in crank, but no dice. Most vehicles have a starter relay that is energised by the key which in turn energised the starter solenoid. Does anyone know where this may be located? I can't find it.|||on all the gm vehicles i have ever seen, they do not use a relay to control starter activity. instead they use a solenoid which is very similar in function but quite the same shape. the solenoid is located on the starter it self. if you fallow the positive wire all the way down to the starter you will find that the wire is bolted to the solenoid.|||Sorry . No relay, it goes from the ignition to the solenoid. Could be a bad ignition switch or no power from the switch , or a neutral safety switch is defective, try starting in neutral.|||IN THE FUSE BOX UNDER THE HOOD
