How can I get the interior door cover off of a 1992 Buick park avenue?

I an using a 1992 Buick park avenue, and the window on the passander side does not open anymore... How can I get inside of the the door cover to see what is wrong with it?|||there are several bolts or screws in the door panel they may have plastic covers over them The arm rest also has a couple which are secured to the door probably a 3/8 or 10mm Check your switch first it may be shorted ,, The switch just pops out Good luck|||After taking the screws out u gotta push the panel upwards, nice n easy. but dont force it because u'll break those plastic tabs, good luck replacing those!! (installed speakers in my 92 park avenue)
