Where is the fuse pannel located on the 84 Buick Skylark?

Help! I know I am probably stupid, but I own an 84 Buick Skylark, with a 2.6L engine, and I need to know where to find the fuse panel is located as I know there are some fuses that have blown and I need to change them.|||try to check under the area of steering.......|||near left hand side of glove compartment
